Remaining a major challenge across Northern New England, Feeding America reports that food insecurity in Maine jumped last year, with 1 in 8 Mainers - and 1 in 5 children, now facing hunger. In addition, hunger impacts 1 in 9 New Hampshire residents, including 1 in 7 children.
